Congratulations to Doctoral Student Kehua Yuan for Being Selected for the First Cohort of the CAST Youth Talent Support Program
Kehua Yuan, a 2022 Ph.D. student in Computer Science and Technology under the supervision of Professor Duoqian Miao, has been selected for the inaugural cohort of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) Youth Talent Support Program for Doctoral Students. Her research focuses on uncertainty artificial intelligence and big data analytics, supported by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI). This marks the first and only selection from Tongji University's School of Computer Science and Technology for this prestigious program.
近日，中国科学技术协会公布了首批青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划的入选名单。经个人申报、学校和省科协遴选推荐，中国科协组织专家评审及学会审定等严格程序，计算机科学与技术学院苗夺谦教授指导的博士生苑克花成功入选该计划，依托的托举学会为中国人工智能学会。这是同济大学计算机学院首次获得该项目的立项，也是该学院唯一获批的博士托举计划。苑克花是计算机科学与技术专业2022级博士生，师从苗夺谦教授，从事不确定性人工智能与大数据分析相关研究。
中国科协青年人才托举工程博士生专项计划旨在依托高校科协，遴选一批具有学术潜力和创新能力的在读博士生，通过全国学会、协会、研究会等机构进行托举培养，促进博士生能力提升。
