Professor Duoqian Miao, Head of the Laboratory, Invited to Deliver a Special Report at the 2026 International Conference on AI and Public Security & Industry-Education Integration Conference
From September 18 to 20, the 2026 International Conference on AI and Public Security & Industry-Education Integration Conference was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. The conference was jointly organized by Nanchang Hangkong University, Nanchang University, Jiangxi Agricultural University, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, East China Jiaotong University, East China University of Technology, Jiangxi University of Water Resources and Electric Power, Jiangxi Police Institute, Jiangxi Talent Development Group, Jiangxi Public Security Science and Technology Innovation Alliance, and other institutions. More than 260 renowned experts, scholars, and graduate student representatives from India, Spain, Iraq, Cameroon, and other countries, as well as from institutions including the Chinese Academy of Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Fudan University, Tongji University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tianjin University, Zhengzhou University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Donghai Laboratory, China National Institute of Standardization, Huawei Technologies, Topsec, and China Telecom, participated in the conference for academic exchange, industry-education integration, and ecosystem collaboration. Meanwhile, more than 21,000 viewers from China and abroad watched the conference online via live streaming.
9月18日至20日，由南昌航空大学、南昌大学、江西农业大学、江西财经大学、华东交通大学、东华理工大学、江西水利电力大学、江西警察学院、江西省人才发展集团、江西省公共安全科技创新联合会等单位，联合主办的“2026年AI与公共安全国际学术会议暨产教融合大会”在江西南昌举办。来自印度、西班牙、伊拉克、喀麦隆等国家及中国工程院、香港理工大学、复旦大学、同济大学、上海交通大学、天津大学、郑州大学、华中科技大学、东海实验室、中国标准化研究院、华为技术、北京天融信、中国电信等单位的知名专家学者和研究生代表，共260多人进行学术交流、产教融合、生态合作，海内外21000多人线上同步收看大会实况。

期间，实验室负责人苗夺谦教授做了题为“人工智能技术进展”的专题报告。苗夺谦教授的报告指出AI时代公共安全的最大挑战，是旧的治理框架无法有效应对由新技术引发的、跨越物理与认知、混合人类与机器行为的系统性风险。应对这一挑战，不能仅靠技术层面的“用AI对抗AI”，更需要一场从法律法规、伦理准则到应急管理体制的全面范式重构。同时，报告介绍了本实验室在AI安全方面承担的2项国家重点研发计划项目课题和1项公安部重大研究项目的情况。

此次受邀作专题报告，体现了苗夺谦教授在人工智能领域持续积累的学术影响力，也体现了相关研究工作在人工智能赋能等交叉方向上的关注度与认可度。未来，实验室将继续面向人工智能前沿问题和国家重大需求，深化基础理论与关键技术研究，进一步加强与国内外高校、科研机构及产业界的交流合作，推动人工智能研究成果在更多实际场景中的应用与转化。
